As time goes on, ideas and thinking have changed so much.  This includes Shanghai, when I was a kid only 2 kinds of people got tattoo’s one was gangsters and the other were criminals.  Now a day it’s a fashion statement.  In Shanghai, tattoos have started to take off.  You can actually not go thru a day with meeting or seeing a girl that has a tattoo.  The face of Shanghai is changing.  I ask the girls why they get tattoos and they say it looks cool.  I have met some girls that have had the tattoos removed. Parents always have the last word.  One girl told me that she has a small on and the parents never ever see it!  I think it just gives the girls a way to rebel!  Check out some of the designs below.
