CHICKEN FEET

12 chicken feet, declawed and skinned
3 tablespoons dark soy sauce
2 tablespoons rice wine
3 slices ginger
3 green onions
1 tablespoon barbecue sauce
1 teaspoon sugar
star anise
1 piece orange rind
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 pint water

1 batch Change size or US/metric
Change to: batch US Metric
1 hour 35 minutes 5 mins prep

1. Combine all ingredients and simmer for 1 1/2 hours.

  1. This is a great quick dinner recipe. It’s great food, I hope to try your Shanghainese recipe too. I tried the Beijing Duck recipe and it’s great too.  The Shanghai chicken feet is really yummie!.  They look funny but tatse great!
